About this place

I'm Dallin Palmer, one of the cofounders of Halda, an enrollment marketing technology company built for higher education.

This site is where I write about what I'm actually learning as I build a company, lead teams, navigate a complicated industry, raise 5 kids, continue to build my relationship with my spouse, and occasionally get things wrong in instructive ways.

I'm not here to perform expertise. Just to document the process honestly.
